About
Op Shop Hunter is a directory of op shops: the charity shops, thrift stores and second-hand shops run by Vinnies, the Salvos, Red Cross, Lifeline, Anglicare and hundreds of local churches, community groups and independents.
We started it because finding op shops online meant scrolling Reddit threads, Facebook groups and top-five lists that skip most of the shops. Here, every shop we could find in a city sits in one place, sorted by suburb, with its hours for every day of the week.
Shop details (names, addresses, phone numbers and opening hours) come from public business listings and are refreshed regularly. Shops do change their hours, especially around public holidays, so if you're making a special trip it's worth calling ahead.
We're independent and not affiliated with any charity. Every shop is listed for free.
Spotted a shop we're missing, or hours that are wrong? Email us and we'll fix it.
